Cancellation Notice
Mayor Lowe and the City Council of the City of Phenix City have cancelled the annual State of the City Address that was scheduled for Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 6 p.m. Eastern Time at the Central Activity Center, in the interest of the safety of the community. The Police Department has been monitoring the roads, and there are many wet areas and remaining ice that is expected to refreeze again by 6 p.m. this evening.
The State of the City Address will be rescheduled at a later date.

Mayor Lowe and the City Council of the City of Phenix City will hold the annual State of the City Address, Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 6 p.m., Eastern Time in the auditorium of the Central Activity Center, located at 1500 14th Street in Phenix City.
Mayor Lowe and Council will be reviewing the city’s financial statements, the status of current city projects as well as future city projects, and other issues relevant to the citizens of Phenix City.
The public is encouraged to attend.
