Yes, the ducks and wildlife at Moon Lake are federally protected by the Tri-County Game Warden. If you have a concern regarding the safety of wildlife at Moon Lake, please call the Game Warden, at 334-358-0035. Please remember to always keep our wildlife in mind by properly disposing broken fishing hooks and lines, not feeding the animals, and using trash receptacles.

Chairs and tables are provided at most city facilities, but the number of each varies. Please refer to the facility rental page for additional details.
Hanging items on the wall is not allowed when you rent a city facility.
The 5th Street South swimming pool is open Wednesday through Monday, 12 Noon to 6 p.m. The complex is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. View the swimming pool page for additional information, including rental inquiries.

Each year, the Parks and Recreation Department hosts a concert and fireworks show at the Phenix City Amphitheater. Admission is FREE and concessions are available for purchase. Guests can bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on, but no coolers or pets are permitted inside the gates of the Amphitheater.
In the event of inclement weather, an email regarding ball field status will be sent out to the league coordinators who are then responsible for notifying coaches and team members. Ball field conditions are typically not determined until 4:30 p.m. the day of the game.
