Public Hearings: Request to Vacate Portions of Right-of-Way

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request to vacate a portion of the right-of-way of Riverchase Drive, shall conduct a public hearing on June 5, 2018, at 9 a.m. EDT, in the Council Chambers at the Public Safety Building, Phenix City, Alabama, to consider this request. Said Lands are more particularly described as follows:

Riverchase Drive Portion B
