On Tuesday, August 28, 2018, there will be an Authorizing Referendum Election in the City of Phenix City, Alabama, regarding changing the Phenix City Board of Education from a board appointed by the City Council, to a board elected by the residents of the city.
The polls will be opened from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. EDT at:
