The City Council of the City of Phenix City will conduct the regularly scheduled council meeting set for 6 p.m. Eastern Time, Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at the Phenix City-Russell County Library, located at 1501 17th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama.
The location has been changed to allow more of the community an opportunity to participate in council meetings. The meeting is open to the public.
