BID: Summerville Road Sanitary Sewer @ 2 p.m. EDT

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Summerville Road Sanitary Sewer will be received by the City of Phenix City on or before 1:30 p.m. EDT, May 9, 2019 in the Finance Department at 601 12th Street, Second Floor, and publicly opened at 2 p.m. EDT in the Council Chambers of the City of Phenix City, 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.

The project consists of the following major components:

Construction of a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station and approximately 8,900 LF of 6” PVC Forcmain Piping

Contract documents may be obtained from Constantine Engineering, 2414 Airport Road, West, Fort Payne, Alabama 35968, upon payment of $100 for each set. All deposits are non-refundable. Contract Documents can also be downloaded from the Constantine website at www.tcgeng.com at no charge.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by security submitted on the prescribed Bid Bond form in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid but not more than $10,000.

All contractors are required to provide certification of compliance with the E-Verify program per Alabama Act 2012-491.
