Called Work Session: Proposed FY 2020-2021 Budget Review

Notice is hereby given that the City of Phenix City, Alabama Called Work Session scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama, is now set to begin at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. The purpose of the called work session is to review the proposed 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget. Said meeting is open to the public; However, due to the possible spread of COVID-19, the City of Phenix City is encouraging the public and media to use caution while attending the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will hold Called Work Sessions Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama, for the purpose of reviewing the proposed 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget. The dates of the Work Sessions are as follows:

Tuesday, June 23, 2020: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. EDT
Wednesday, June 24, 2019: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. EDT (unless concluded earlier)

Please note all times are Eastern Time.

Said meetings are open to the public; However, due to the possible spread of Covid-19, the City of Phenix City is encouraging the public and media to use caution while attending these meetings.
