Mr. Brian Rutledge of Robinson, Grimes & Company, P.C. addressed council regarding the audited financial statement for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2019.
The December 8, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda was discussed.
December, 2020 and January, 2021 upcoming calendar events were discussed. The State of the City date changed. It will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 6:00 pm via the teleconference platform ZOOM.
The Phenix City Historical Preservation Commission 2020 Annual Report was discussed.
Mayor and Council reviewed the December 15, 2020 Council Agenda.
