A contractor working for the City of Phenix City Utilities Department will begin work along 4th Avenue between 21st Street and North Railroad Street. One lane will be closed beginning Tuesday June 29, 2021 and will last until Wednesday June 30, 2021. During this time, delays should be expected and travel times adjusted accordingly.
