Notice is hereby given that the members of the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama will conduct an Administrative Hearing during the regularly scheduled council meeting at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at the Martin Idle Hour Park Community Center, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama.
The Administrative Hearing will be held in regards to the revocation of the 2023 Phenix City business license for multiple businesses:
Automotive Service Center located at 523 6th Place, Phenix City, Alabama, owned by Eddie Robinson and Kelvin Robinson. Public Notice.
Chancey’s Tree Service located at 1812 21st Court, Phenix City, Alabama, owned by David Thomas Chancey. Public Notice.
The Honeycomb located at 202 Seale Road, Suite B & C, Phenix City, Alabama, owned by Dexter Billingsley. Public Notice.
At said meeting, all persons desiring to be heard on the above matter may appear before council at the aforementioned time and place.
