The Bi-City Christmas Parade is coming to town and will be here on December 2, 2023 starting at 10 a.m., Eastern Time, beginning in Phenix City on Broad Street going into Columbus across the 13th Street Bridge and going down Broadway ending at 9th Street in Columbus.
