Mr. Charles D. Woody II has officially been appointed to the position of Utilities Director for Phenix City Utilities. Mr. Woody has demonstrated his readiness to step into this roll as serving as Acting Director over the last six months. Mr. Woody’s 27+ years of knowledge and experience in the operations of our Utilities Department have well equipped him for success in this role. Congratulations to Mr. Woody on his new appointment!
