Notice is hereby given that the City of Phenix City, Alabama will receive sealed bids for Reinforced Concrete Pipe until 2:30 p.m., EDT, on April 19, 2018, and publicly open immediately thereafter in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.

All bids must be submitted on the bid form below and sealed in an envelope with the words “Bid Number E18-01, Reinforced Concrete Pipe” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to:
