The City of Phenix City, Alabama will accept bids for the demolition and replacement of carpet and flooring in designated areas throughout the Municipal Complex. For complete bid information and walkthrough, contact Gil Griffith at 334-448-2740.
Payment, in full, shall be awarded after the completion of a final inspection. There will be no partial payments.
The right is reserved to accept or reject all or any parts of your offer and to accept the offer the City Council considers the most advantageous to the city.
The City of Phenix City is exempt from all federal excise taxes. Do not include tax in your bid price.
Closed bids should be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in the Finance Department located at 601 12th Street, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Bids will be accepted in the Finance Department until 9:30 a.m. EST on January 13th, 2020. Please write on sealed envelope: FLOORING MC2020-1.
Bid Opening will be 10 a.m. EST on January 13th, 2020 in the Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
