The City of Phenix City / Utilities Department will be soliciting bids for the following:
1. Item: TOPAZ F-ARL/150W/50K/SF-80 400W, LED Cobra Head Fixture | Quantity: Eighteen (18)
2. Item: MAX WPL55AU50B 95278 LED, Large Wall Pack 120-277V | Quantity: Twenty (20)
3. Item: MAX WPS40BU50B 40W SMALL LED, Small Wall Pack 120-277V | Quantity: Seven (7)
Bids must be submitted on the bid form in a sealed envelope marked:

Bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 9:45 a.m. EDT at:

Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Time, Thursday, August 17, 2017, in the City Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the opening thereof.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.
A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check must be submitted with all bids in order for your bid to be considered.
