Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on January 4, 2017, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, in the Council Chambers, 1111 Broad Street, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of substandard buildings or structures at the following locations in Phenix City, Alabama:
Resolution No. 2016-378: 2000 4th Avenue
Resolution No. 2016-379: 910 8th Avenue
Resolution No. 2016-380: 706 Dillingham Street
Resolution No. 2016-381: 2400 31st Street
Resolution No. 2016-382: 918 North Railroad Street
