Phenix City Parks and Recreation and Positively Phenix City present Christmas Festival. The event will take place at the Phenix City Art Park on December 11, 2021 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. The festivities will include a kids fun zone, special lights presentation, meet and greet with the Columbus Lions and Rapids, and a feature presentation at sunset, The Polar Express.
