Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on October 4, 2016, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, in the Council Chambers, 1111 Broad Street, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and / or removal of a substandard structure or building located at 316 15th Avenue South, Phenix City, Alabama.
