Public Hearing: Adoption of 2018 International Building Codes

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 16th day of April, 2019, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, in the City Council Chambers, Public Safety Building located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama, for the purpose of discussing adopting the 2018 International Business Codes.

An ordinance to adopt various standard codes relating to inspection activities of the City of Phenix City, Alabama and enforcement of building provisions as provided in said codes.

At said meeting, all persons desiring to be heard concerning the adoption of the 2018 International Building Codes may appear before the council at the aforementioned time and place to be heard.
