Phenix City hopes to be awarded grant funds for improvements to the water lines along portions of the area that includes 1st Avenue, 3rd Avenue, 26th and 29th Streets, and the installation of fire hydrants.
All citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting and voice their concerns regarding housing and community development needs in Phenix City.
