The Phenix City Police Department recommends that the public celebrate Halloween on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, and trick or treat between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m., Eastern Time.
The Phenix City Police Department will have extra patrols to assist in a safe Halloween experience.
