The City of Phenix City Parks and Recreation Department asks the community to suspend the use of pavilions for gatherings larger than 10 persons, effective immediately and until further notice. Gatherings of 10 persons or less that cannot maintain a consistent six-foot distance between persons are prohibited.
As a reminder, all of the city’s athletic facilities and recreation centers still remain closed until further notice, and our citizens should continue to use discretion when using the city parks and playgrounds.
