The Elected Officials of Phenix City and Russell County will be gathering for a luncheon, not to discuss business, but to become better acquainted with one another.
The luncheon was the idea of Councilmember Arthur Day, Mayor Pro-Tem of Phenix City. Councilmember Day thought of the ingredients needed to build better working relationships among all the elected officials was taking the time to know each other on a personal level.
The luncheon will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at the Martin Idle Hour Park Community Center.
