The members of the Downtown Redevelopment Authority (DRA) of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, conduct regularly scheduled quarterly meetings on the third Thursday of each month. Those meeting dates for the 2017 calendar year are as follows:
- January 19
- April 20
- July 20
- October 19
Each meeting is set for 3 p.m., Eastern Time, and shall be conducted in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Municipal Building located at 601 12th Street, Phenix City, Alabama.
Called meetings of the DRA may be set on an as-needed basis. Notice of any called meeting will be posted as required by Act 2005-40, the Alabama Open Meetings Act.
