Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 7th day of February, 2017, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, in the Council Chambers located at 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama, to consider an ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adding a chapter relating to Stormwater Management, to regulate discharges and connections to storm sewer systems within the corporate limits of the City of Phenix City.
At said public hearing, all persons desiring to be heard concerning the proposed amendments may appear before the City Council at the aforementioned time and place.

A copy of the Ordinance itself can be viewed in the City Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Eastern Time, and on the website on the Proposed Plans page.
