Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 18th day of April, 2017, at 9 a.m., EDT in the Council Chambers, 1111 Broad Street, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of a substandard building or structure located at 1017 14th Court, Phenix City, Alabama.
