Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 15th day of June, 2021, at 6 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Phenix City Russell County Library, located at 1501 17th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama, or by the platform Zoom, to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 17th day of September, 2002, be amended so that the following tract of land be located in a R-1 Zone (Low Density Residential District) instead of a C-3 Zone (Neighborhood Commercial District), property is located at 3501 Summerville Road, Norman W. Davis, owner.
