Public Notice: Public Hearings on April 3, 2018 Related to Fixing of Costs

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City Alabama, will meet on April 3, 2018 at 9 a.m. EDT in the Council Chambers, 1111 Broad Street, to consider the fixing of Costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of substandard buildings or structures located at the following locations:

• Resolution No. 2018-73: 2107 2nd Avenue
• Resolution No. 2018-74: 1249 Pierce Road
