Resolution No. 2017-198 & Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on September 19, 2017, at 6 p.m. EDT, at the 5th Street South Youth Center located at 1601 5th Street South, to consider the fixing of costs incurred by the City of Phenix City for the demolition and/or removal of a substandard building or structure located at 1007 17th Avenue, Phenix City, Alabama.

Any person, firm, or corporation having any interest in the above described property should appear before City Council at the aforementioned time and place if they have nay objections as to why the fixing of costs for the removal of the substandard building or structure should not be assessed as a lien against the property taxes upon which the substandard building or structure was located.
