Notice is hereby given that the City of Phenix City Public Building Authority will hold a special called meeting at 3 p.m., Eastern Time, Thursday, June 27, 2019, in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Municipal Building, Located at 601 12th Street, Phenix City, Alabama, for the purpose of approving and executing a second amendment to lease agreement related to the Revenue Bonds Series 2011-A of the City of Phenix City Public Building Authority.
