The City of Phenix City Utilities Department will begin work along 4th Avenue between 19th Street and North Railroad Street. Both lanes will be closed beginning Tuesday September 27, 2022 and will last until Wednesday September 28, 2022. During this time, delays should be expected and travel times adjusted accordingly.
