A contractor working for the City of Phenix City will begin construction on a portion Downing Dr just south of the Inspection Center located at 20 Downing Dr. beginning Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 and ending Wednesday March 23rd, 2022. A detour routing traffic around the construction will be in place. During this time delays should be expected and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
