The City of Phenix City will begin roadway slope repair along Sandfort Road between 6th Place and 16th Avenue. The road will be closed to thru traffic beginning Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 for several weeks. A detour will be in place routing traffic around the construction on Sandfort Road which is shown in the attached map. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
