Construction will begin on Downing Drive on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from U.S. 431 to the north entrance of AlaTrade (6 Downing Drive). One travel lane will be kept open at all times. The construction is expected to take 3 weeks, contingent upon the weather. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
