The City will be placing new pavement striping and markings along the following roads:
- Downing Drive from the entrance at U.S. Highway 431 South to Uchee Hill Road
- 16TH Avenue from Ingersol Court to U.S. Highway 280/431
- Seale Road from Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway to and including the bridge over U.S. Highway 280/431
Currently there is temporary striping and markings along each road that must be removed prior to the new striping and markings being placed. There will be a brief period of time where no striping or markings will be present. Therefore, motorists should use caution when traveling these roads until such time that the permanent striping and markings are in place. This work will take place beginning Monday, March 16 and end Friday, March 27, weather permitting.
