A rail gang with NSRR will be headed to Phenix City beginning Thursday, January 12, 2017. They have four crossings that will require repairs / maintenance work. Please be advised that the railroad will need these roads closed to all traffic while the work on the crossings is being done. Each road should only be closed for a hew hours, but please keep in mind that a longer closure may be needed depending on the necessary repairs. The roads will be closed at the crossings ONLY, and detour signage will be put in place.

- Private residential crossing just west of the 16th Avenue crossing – Phenix City (Russell County)
- Lee Road 250 (Lee County)
- Lee Road 179 (Lee County)
