The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) has hired a consultant to retime some of the traffic signals along the US Hwy. 280/431 corridor. We understand that this has caused delays in traffic flow and we have notified ALDOT of the issues. The consultant is still working on the retiming and ALDOT will notify the consultant of the issues so they can be addressed.
