Notice is hereby given that the City of Phenix City, Alabama will receive sealed bids for “Bid Number E17-01, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving and Roadway Improvements” until 1:45 p.m., EST , on December 14, 2016, and the official bid opening will be at 2 p.m., EST, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 1111 Broad Street, Phenix City, Alabama.

Specifications

All bids must be submitted by 1:45 p.m., EST, on December 14, 2016, on the bid form below with compliance with each specification indicated and sealed in an envelope with the words “Bid Number E17-01, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving and Roadway Improvements” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to:
