Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in a response to a request by Norfolk Southern Railroad, will meet on the 16th day of May, at 9 a.m. EDT in the Cit Council Chambers located within the Public Safety building at 1111 Broad Street to consider the following request to close the at-grade railroad crossing on 10th Avenue between South Railroad Street and North Railroad Street in Phenix City, Alabama.
At said meeting, all persons desiring to be heard concerning the closure of said at-grade railroad crossing property may appear before the council at the aforementioned time and place to be heard.
