The City of Phenix City is seeking bids for DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES 2023-2
The City of Phenix City, Alabama will accept individual bids (include dumping fees) by licensed Phenix City contractors to demolish the EIGHT (8) structures located as follows:
716 Lawrence Court, Phenix City, AL
607 7th Place, Phenix City, AL
1824 1st Avenue, Phenix City, AL
2006 4th Avenue, Phenix City, AL
27 Lincolnshire Lane, Phenix City, AL
1808 6th Avenue, Phenix City, AL
2507 16th Place, Phenix City, AL
811 Dillingham Street, Phenix City, AL
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES 2023-2
Bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, JUNE 22, 2023 at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time at:

Bids will be opened at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder.
A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check must be submitted with all bids. Failure to furnish bid bond or cashier’s check will cause the bid to be rejected.
