Demolition of Structures 2017-2
The City of Phenix City, Alabama will accept individual bids (without dumping fees) by licensed Phenix City contractors to demolish the EIGHT (8) structures located as follows:
- 605 7th Place, Phenix City, AL
- 1017 4th Street, Phenix City, AL
- 908 4th Place South, Phenix City, AL
- 1007 17th Avenue, Phenix City, AL
- 1110 15th Place, Phenix City, AL
- 1105 South Railroad Street, Phenix City, AL
- 2107 2nd Avenue, Phenix City, AL
- 1249 Pierce Road, Phenix City, AL
If your bid is greater than $10,000, a 5% bond or cashier’s check must accompany your bid. Any bid exceeding $10,000.00 which does not have either a cashier’s check or bond at bid opening shall not be considered. Each property shall be bid individually. If unsure about structure/lot location, contact the Phenix City Building Department at 334-448-2740 for verification.
Closed bids with cashier’s check or bid bond if bid exceeds $10,000 should be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in the Finance Department located at 601 12th Street, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Please write on sealed envelope: Demolition of Structures 2017-2.
