The Phenix City Utilities Department will be moving to automated waste collection beginning September 1, 2022. Starting Sept. 1, 2022, only WM carts will be serviced. Personal or resident-owned containers will no longer be serviced after Sept. 1, 2022. Please contact the Phenix City Utilities Department at (334) 448-2880, for additional information.
