Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, in response to a request made by the Planning Commission of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, will meet on the 7th day of December, 2021, at 9 a.m., Eastern Time, at the Martin-Idle Hour Park Community Center, located at 3743 Moon Lake Drive, Phenix City, Alabama to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Phenix City, Alabama, adopted on the 17th day of September, 2002, be amended so that the following tract of land be located in a C-3 Zone (Neighborhood Commercial District) instead of a A-0 Zone (Apartment and Office District), property is 0.47+/- acres located at 3100 South Railroad Street, Catarang Properties, LLC, owner.
