Due to utility construction associated with a private development, 4th Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 16th Street and 20th Street starting at 7 a.m. EDT, Thursday, August 8, 2019, until Friday, August 9, 2019, at 5 p.m. EDT. A detour will be in place routing traffic around the construction of 4th Avenue which is shown in the attached map. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly.
