Due to utility construction associated with a private development, 4th Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 16th Street and 20th Street starting at 7 a.m. EDT Monday, May 20, 2019, until Wednesday May 22, 2019, at 5 p.m. EDT. A detour will be in place routing traffic around the construction on 4th Avenue, which is shown in the attached map below. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
