Due to construction operations associated with a city project, 5th Street South will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. EDT. Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 and ending at 5 p.m. EDT. One-way traffic in the direction from US Highway 431 S towards South Seale Road will be in place. During this time, delays should be expected, and travel times adjusted accordingly.
