Utilities Administration
The Utilities Administration Division operates and manages the business functions of the Utilities Department. As an enterprise operation for the City of Phenix City, the Administration Division must establish the annual revenue and expense budgets, then ensure that through maintaining proper rate structures, monthly billing to our citizens, and collection of monies due for utility services provide, the expected revenue is available to cover all expenses and debt service. In 2015, the Administration Division processed 22,852 service orders.
