Duties & Responsibilities of the Maintenance & Procurement Unit
The Maintenance and Procurement Unit is responsible for securing equipment and maintaining that equipment for the Police Department. This unit maintains a fleet of police service vehicles and all the accompanying equipment such as radios, uniforms, firearms, and even ammunition needed to provide the citizens of Phenix City with a professional and capable police force. This unit is an internal service unit for the department only.
