Duties & Responsibilities of the Fugitive Unit
The Fugitive Unit is responsible for overseeing police relations with Municipal Court and for serving warrants issued by that court. This unit works closely with both the Patrol Division and the Criminal Investigation Division to apprehend individuals who are wanted for crimes committed against the citizens of Phenix City and the State of Alabama.
