Duties & Responsibilities of the Property & Evidence Unit
Property and Evidence is responsible for the collection and storage all evidence submitted by all divisions of the Police Department. This unit is the liaison between the Police Department and the state crime lab. This unit also disposes of surplus equipment and unclaimed property. This unit is an internal service unit for the department only.
